Under roof items include the attic, interior walls, windows, doors, ceilings and floors, bathrooms, all rooms including but not limited to bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and office space.
We inspect all your plumbing fixtures,drains and water heater, and electrical outlets and panels are closely assessed.
When finished with the house, we inspect the garage including vehicle doors and vents and electrical fixtures
The exterior is inspected including perimeter walls, foundation, proper landscaping drainage, roofs, and crawl spaces under houses if present, walkways, driveways and lawn sprinklers.
